State of Wisconsin/Wisconsin Public Employees

We've added all of UW Health to give you more choices

For 2015, all of UW Health, including UW Hospital and Clinics and American Family Children's Hospital, join all Meriter providers and many independent practices to deliver to you the area's broadest provider network.

Choose Physicians Plus and you get a single provider network – now in eight additional counties – that also includes two after-hours pediatric clinics in Madison; same-day and next-day appointments at most Meriter clinics; 26 urgent care centers; and 22 regional hospitals.

Physicians Plus doesn't require referrals for most in-network specialty care, and we coordinate your care with all providers in our network to make sure you stay healthy.

Check out this overview of all Physicians Plus has to offer and the top 10 reasons to choose Physicians Plus.

Choose the plan that puts its members first in choice; first in access; and first in health. Choose Physicians Plus, because you're the point of everything we do!
