Thank you for your membership with Physicians Plus Insurance

We have created an orientation for new Physicians Plus members. Additionally, as a new member, please follow these simple steps:

Step 1 - Select a primary care physician

** For HMO & POS plan members only; does not apply to PPO plans.

Your primary care physician (PCP) will help coordinate your overall health care. To select a PCP, click the Find a Provider link above for our online directory. Once you’ve identified your choice, update your selection in GO-TO.

Step 2 - Create your personal account in GO-TO

With a GO-TO account you can update your personal information, change your PCP, view benefits and claims information, manage your prescriptions, print ID cards, and more.

Step 3 - Familiarize yourself with your member materials

Please read your member handbook, schedule of benefits and insurance certificate for important details about your health plan and member rights and responsibilities.

Step 4 - Complete a Coordination of Benefits form

If you have other health insurance coverage, please complete a Coordination of Benefits form available under Member Materials (link at left). This information helps us process your claims as quickly and accurately as possible.
