Based in Madison, Wisconsin, Physicians Plus is a nationally recognized managed care organization focused on improving the health of our members and the communities we serve. Our organization was founded in 1986, and is owned two-thirds by Meriter Health Services, Inc. and one-third by Physicians Plus Investment Group. We provide high quality, cost-effective health insurance to approximately 100,000 members in south central Wisconsin with access to a network of more than 2,000 caring providers.
